Yup, you're right... I went snooping about and found that it is generally celebrated on the 5th (though it looks like Hong Kong goes for the 4th). Interestingly enough, apparently the holiday used to run on a lunar schedule when it followed Han Shi, which ran 3 days, but as that holiday was celebrated less and less, from being the day before to the same day, it looks like the celebration separated from lunar calendar.
